Upgraded Primary Sheave Oring for the Yamaha RMAX X2 X4 1000/850

RMAX sheaves get really hot and that is what kills the orings in your sheave. Our new upgraded oring withstands much lower and higher temperatures than the oem rubber orings. In short, they are more reliable and they last much longer. Repetitive maintenance of your sheaves tend to wear on the orings and this oring will resist damage during these scheduled events.

 

Our O-ring can withstand temperatures from -15°F to +400°/440°F (-50°C to +205°/230°C). It can hold indefinitely at temperatures up to 400°F (205°C) and perform up to 48 hours at crazy high temperatures of 600°F (316°C)!

 

Our new oring is also are resistant to physical damage, which allows it to perform well in rough conditions. And it is less susceptible to decay under increased oxygen conditions. It is exceptionally resistant to aging, chemical and ozone attacks

 

This oring meets or exceeds the strict aerospace standards many of our other customers require in the space industry.

 

Upgraded orings are naturally much more expensive than the oem rubber orings. However our commercial partnerships in industry allow us to bring you these new orings at a reasonalbe price closer to oem rubber prices.
